Honeydew Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  1. Honeydew melon/Musk melon : 1 1/2 cup
  2. Almond Milk: 1/3 cup
  3. Sunflower seeds: 1 tablespoon
  4. Chia seeds: 1 teaspoon( soaked in 1 tablespoon of milk/water)

Preparation

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or mixer grinder until smooth.

2. Serve when ready and enjoy.

You can use any seeds/nuts of your choice.
