English breakfast

Ingredients

  1. Baked beans : 200 gram
  2. Mushroom: 150 gram
  3. Egg: 2 No
  4. Bacon: 4 rashers
  5. Bread: 2 No.
  6. Sausage: 4 No.
  7. Tomatoes: 1 No., halved
  8. Salt: to taste
  9. Oil

Preparation

1. In a large pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil.

2. Add the sausages and allow it to cook completely. If you are using cooked sausages, saute it for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.

3. Add bacon to the same pan. Cook until crisp and golden on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.

4. To the same pan add the mushrooms and the tomatoes(cut-side up) and season with salt (Add salt accordingly since the oil left in the pan is salty because of the salt from the bacon). Drizzle some oil if needed. Cook it for 5-6 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.

5. Fry the bread in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.

6. Gently heat the baked beans in a saucepan as per the instruction.

7. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil and crack in the eggs until the white has set and yolks are slightly runny. Season with salt and pepper.

8. To serve, divide among 2 plates and serve with the English breakfast tea.
