Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
1.Add 1 1/2 cup oats and 2 tbsp of sugar in a mixer grinder. Grind it to powder and transfer to a bowl.
2. Add 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.
3. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 water and 2 tbsp butter. Combine well.
4. Finally add 3/4 cup blueberries. Fold the batter with a spatula.
5. Heat a pan and add little butter. Spoon the batter on the pan and cook until some bubbles appear on top.
6. Flip the pancake and cook 2-3 minutes.
Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
Top up the pancakes with maple syrup/ honey and some blueberries.
