Method
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 2 or 3 pieces. Place the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Add little water and salt to taste.
2. Pressure cook until 2 whistles. Allow it to cool down. Mash the potatoes using a fork or a potato masher. Keep it aside.
3. Add beef to a pressure cooker. Add 1 tsp pepper powder and salt to taste. Pressure cook until it is thoroughly cooked. Once it is cooled down, chop the beef using a food processor.

5. Add beef, mashed potatoes 1 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp pepper powder. Mix well.
6. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and mix well. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down.
7. Roll the cutlet mix into small oval shape or any other desired shape using palm.
8. In a bowl, crack open 2 eggs. Give it a good mix. Keep it aside.
9. In a plate or a bowl, add breadcrumbs.
10. Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs. (We can keep this in the fridge upto a week.)
