Mango Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. Mango : 1 cup diced
  2. Baby Spinach : 2 cups
  3. Milk : 1 cup
  4. Roasted oats : 2 tablespoons
  5. Flax seed (Milled) : 1tablespoon
Preparation

1. Blend the ingredients except the flax seed.

2. Top up with some milled flax seed.

Extra Tips

You can use any milk of your choice. I used coconut and almond milk. Alternatively, we can use 1 cup of greek yogurt (flavoured/plain).
