Ingredients
- Mango : 1 cup diced
- Baby Spinach : 2 cups
- Milk : 1 cup
- Roasted oats : 2 tablespoons
- Flax seed (Milled) : 1tablespoon
Preparation
1. Blend the ingredients except the flax seed.
2. Top up with some milled flax seed.
Extra Tips
You can use any milk of your choice. I used coconut and almond milk. Alternatively, we can use 1 cup of greek yogurt (flavoured/plain).
