Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted/unroasted rava/suji/semolina(65g)
- 1/2 cup rice flour(60g)
- 2 tbs Yogurt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (approx., 35g)
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Few Coriander leaves
- Ghee/oil
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups water
- Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl, add rava, rice flour, yogurt, onion, chillies, salt and coriander leaves.
Add 2 cups of water gradually and mix well.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add 1/2 to 1 cup water depending upon the consistency of the batter. The batter should be of watery consistency.
Heat a pan.
Brush the pan once its hot with water or wipe using a wet cloth.
Mix the batter well. Take a spoonful and pour into the pan. (It will form a net like shape.) Fill the gaps with more batter, if required.
Flip once it is crispy and golden in the bottom.
After a minute, flip it again and serve hot with your favourite chutney.
Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
