Ingredients
- 1 Pumpkin
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
Method
1) Remove the seeds from a pumpkin.
2) Transfer to a bowl with water. Clean and remove the pumpkin residues.
3) Strain and transfer the seeds to a kitchen towel.
4) Pat dry and transfer to a baking tray lined with an aluminium foil.
5) Drizzle Olive oil. Add paprika and salt to taste.
6) Toss and spread the seeds evenly without overlapping.
7) Bake at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
