Ingredients
- Apple: 3 No.
- Milk: 1 1/4 cup
- Sugar: 1 or 2 tablespoons
- Condensed milk(sweetened): 1/2 cup
- Gelatin: 12gram
- Salt: a pinch
- Water: 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla essence: 1/4 teaspoon
Method
1. Peel and dice the apples.
2. Heat a pan. Add diced apples, 3 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook until the apples are soft (Don’t forget to stir occasionally).
3. Once the apple became soft, remove from heat and allow it to cool down. Grind it to a smooth paste and transfer to a bowl.
4. In the meantime, boil 1 1/4 cup of milk.
5. Remove from heat and add gelatin into the boiled milk and stir well. Once the gelatin is dissolved, allow it to cool. Strain it once to make sure that no gelatin crystals are left.
6. Add 1/2 cup of condensed milk to this.
7. Add the apple puree, a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of vanila essence and combine well. Adjust the sweetness accordingly.
8. Transfer to a tin or pudding bowls as desired.
9. Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for atleast 3-4 hours.
