Ingredients
- Macaroni Pasta: 2 cups
- Cabbage: 1 1/2 cups (thinly sliced)
- Carrot: 1 cup(thinly sliced)
- Boneless Chicken: 400 gram
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise: 8 tablespoons
- Black pepper Powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt
Method
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Heat a pan, add the chicken pieces, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Remove from heat.
3. Cook the Macaroni Pasta as per the instructions in the package. Do not overcook it. Drain and keep it aside.
4. In a large bowl, add 11/2 cups of cabbage, 1 cup of carrot, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 8 tablespoons of Mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix well.
5. Add pasta and chicken and mix well. Add salt if needed.
6. Serve and enjoy.
