Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 cup grated dark/milk chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 1/3 tsp of salt
Method
Seive 11/2 cup all purpose flour/maida , 2 tsp baking powder and 1/3 tsp salt. Keep aside.
Blend 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup sugar and 1 egg using a food processor.
Pour into a large bowl.
Mash 2 avocados using a fork and pour into the bowl.
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence, 4 tbsp milk and mix well.
Add the flour mix little at a time and mix well using a spatula.
Add 1/2 cup of grated dark chocolate and gently fold the mixture. (If you are using milk chocolate, take only 3/4 cup of sugar instead of 1 cup.)
Scrape the mixture into a lined and greased loaf tin. Tap 3-4 times.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 50-60 minutes or until the skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Slice once it is cooled down completely and enjoy.
