Ragi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 tbs ragi flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbs flax seed

Method

Take 1 1/2 cups water in a saucepan. Add 3 tbs ragi flour and stir well.

Stir and cook until it is thickened.

Remove from heat and allow to cool down.

Transfer it to a blender.

Add 2 ripe sliced bananas, 4 chopped dates and 1 tbs flax seeds.

Blend until smooth.

For best results, serve chilled.

You can prepare it overnight and keep it in the refrigerator. Serve in the morning as a perfect healthy & filling breakfast.

You can use milk also instead of water.
