Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 200g Greek Feta cheese
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 100ml Olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Few fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
Serves : 4
Method
In a baking dish, add 500g cherry tomatoes.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center.
Add 3/4 tsp black pepper powder and 100ml Olive oil.
Flip the cheese several times to coat with oil.
Bake in the oven at 170°C for 30-35 mins.
Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and few chopped basil leaves.
Mash well until everything is well combined.
Add 1/2 cup of pasta water, 4 cups cooked pasta and salt to taste. Mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and serve warm.
