Ingredients
- 3 tbs Pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 tbs coffee
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 3 cloves
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup hot milk
- 3/4 cup water
- Whipped cream
Method
Take 3 tbs Pumpkin puree in a sauce pan.
Add 1 1/2 tbs instant coffee, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 3 cloves, 2 tbs brown sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence and 3/4 cup water.
Bring it to boil.
Remove from heat and strain it.
Pour the pumpkin mix into 2 glasses.
Add hot milk.
Top with some whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon powder/pumpkin spice on top.
