Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsps yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
With the above measurements, you can make 5 pancakes.
Method
Blend 1 cup of oats until it turns to fine flour. Keep aside.
Mash 2 bananas (well ripe) using a fork.
Crack open 2 eggs. Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsps yogurt and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Combine everything well.
Seive the powdered oats along with 1 tsp baking powder into the wet mixture. Mix well.
Heat a pan. Spoon enough batter and cook in low heat.
Flip once few bubbles appear on top and cook until golden.
Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
Serve with your favourite toppings.
