Add 1\/2 cup sugar(you can adjust according to the sweetness of banana), 1\/4 cup oil, 1\/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp vanilla essence. Beat until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Powder 1 cup oats into fine powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Sieve in the oats flour, 1 cup self raising flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 1\/8 tsp nutmeg powder into the wet mixture. Mix just until combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Add 1 cup grated carrot(squeeze out the excess water before adding into the cake mix) and 2 tbsp yogurt. Gently fold the carrot into the batter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Transfer to a loaf tin. Tap 3 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for 50-60 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7) Allow to cool down completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is a healthy eggless cake made with banana, carrot and oats and uses very little oil.
