Add the powdered sugar into it and beat again until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Add 1\/8 tsp salt, 1\/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 1\/4 cups plain flour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Crush 100g cashew and add into the flour mix. No need to powder the cashew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Beat everything together just until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) Divide into 20-22 small balls and place on a baking tray keeping some distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7) Gently press each balls with your fingers to flatten it slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8) Place cashew on each ball. You can also sprinkle some sugar on each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9) Bake in the preheated oven at 160\u00b0C for 20-25 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10) Allow to cool completely. Cookies will be soft when it is out from the oven.
