Add 1 cup of sugar, 1\/2 cup of custard powder and pinch of salt to a large bowl. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add 1 cup of lukewarm water and 1\/4 teaspoon of pineapple essence and mix well using a whisk. Strain the mixture to make sure that there are no lumps. Keep it aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/07\/img_20200706_144347.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-264\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan. Roast the cashews\/Almonds. Reduce the heat to medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pour the custard mixture to the pan. Stir continuously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Once the mixture thickens and starts to separate from the pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Stir until the mixture turns glossy. It will take around 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/07\/img_20200705_193518.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-265\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
