For best results, leave it for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Preheat a large frying pan to a high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.<\/li><li>Add steaks to pan. Add in the garlic cloves and the rosemary.<\/li><li>Cook for 3 minutes on each side (for well done) or until the desired degree of doneness. <\/li><li>Remove steak form the pan and set aside.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creamy Peppercorn Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat a pan. Add 3 tablespoons of gravy granules and 1 1\/2 cup of boiling water and mix well.<\/li><li>Add freshly crushed peppercorns, tomato sauce and salt. Stir and bring  to the boil. <\/li><li>Reduce the heat and add the double cream and mix well. Add water if needed.<\/li><li>Remove from heat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sauteed Mushroom and Broccoli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat a pan and add butter.<\/li><li>Add garlic and onion and saute for 3 minutes or until softened.<\/li><li>Add mushrooms and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Season with salt and pepper.<\/li><li>Remove form heat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve the steak with the creamy peppercorn sauce and the sauteed mushroom and broccoli.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients Sirloin Steak
