{"id":1650,"date":"2022-01-30T22:25:36","date_gmt":"2022-01-30T22:25:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodtocherish.com\/?p=1650"},"modified":"2022-04-14T22:07:05","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T22:07:05","slug":"malai-chicken-kebab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodtocherish.com\/?p=1650","title":{"rendered":"Malai Chicken Kebab"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300g Boneless Chicken, cut into cubes<\/li><li>1 tsp ginger garlic paste<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp garam masala<\/li><li>1\/4 tsp cardamom powder<\/li><li>1\/8 tsp nutmeg powder<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp white pepper powder<\/li><li>1\/4 tsp cumin powder<\/li><li>Juice of 1\/2 lemon<\/li><li>1\/4 cup double\/single cream<\/li><li>35g cream cheese<\/li><li>2 tbs yogurt<\/li><li>2 green chilies, chopped<\/li><li>Salt to taste<\/li><li>3 tbs butter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"blob:https:\/\/foodtocherish.com\/2fe4a5aa-575c-40e5-a17e-7f8c543a34b6\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"method\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Take 300g boneless chicken(preferably thighs) in a bowl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, cream, cream cheese, yogurt, chillies and salt to taste. ( You can use black pepper powder if you don&#8217;t have white pepper powder).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinate for atleast 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat a pan, add 3 tbs butter. (Use a grill pan, if you have one.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thread the chicken pieces into the skewers evenly. You can use 2 skewers for better holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place onto the hot pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn it after 4-5 minutes. Brush the remaining marinade on the chicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook it for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. ( Do not overcook to ensure that the chicken is juicy and tender.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from the pan and sprinkle some corinader leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve hot with green
