{"id":1379,"date":"2021-12-20T15:30:39","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T15:30:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodtocherish.com\/?p=1379"},"modified":"2022-04-14T21:58:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T21:58:09","slug":"zero-oil-green-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodtocherish.com\/?p=1379","title":{"rendered":"Zero oil Green Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg skinless chicken, medium\/small cut<\/li><li>5 garlic cloves<\/li><li>2 inch piece ginger<\/li><li>1 tomato, diced<\/li><li>2 onion, diced<\/li><li>3 green chilli<\/li><li>60g coriander, chopped<\/li><li>20g mint, chopped<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<\/li><li>1 tsp garam masala<\/li><li>1 cup water<\/li><li>Juice of half lemon<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"method\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Grind garlic cloves, ginger, tomato, onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves to fine paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Transfer to a wok along with 1 cup of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Add Chicken, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt. Give it a good mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Cover and cook for 20 mins in high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Remove the lid and cook it further for 10 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) Serve hot with rice or
