Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add 3 tbs melted butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another bowl, take 2 1\/4 cup plain flour, 1\/4 tsp baking soda and 3\/4 tsp salt. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add this to the wet mixture, little at a time and mix well. We will get a shaggy dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_161434.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1080\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfer to the work surface. Start kneading. Add 3 tbs plain flour, 1 tbs at a time and knead for 15 minutes. We will get a smooth and soft dough. (If the dough seems very sticky even after adding 3 tbs flour, add 1 or 2 tbs more flour.) When we press the dough with a finger, it should bounce back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_162217-1.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1091\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide the dough into two. Take one portion and keep it in a bowl. Apply oil on top. Cover and allow to proof for 1.5 to 2 hours or until doubled in volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_162325.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1092\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_162308.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1093\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep the other half in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, take 3 tbs cocoa powder and add 1 tbs water. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_161600.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1097\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Add it to the bowl (where we kept the other half) along with 1 tbs plain flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knead until well combined. Add 1 tbs more flour if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_161616.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1090\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/07\/img_20210702_161637.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1087\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Apply oil on top. (Keep a small bowl of water in the oven.
