Allow to rest for 10 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large bowl, take 3 cups wholewheat flour, 1\/2 tsp salt and 1\/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make a well in the centre and pour in the Yeast mix. Add 2 tbs Olive oil. Combine using a spatula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once everything is well combined, knead  for 10-12 minutes. First, the dough will be very sticky, as we keep kneading it will become non-sticky and smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfer to a greased bowl. Apple oil all over the surface of the dough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover and rest for 1.5 to 2 hours or until doubled in size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deflate the dough and knead lightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shape each portion into a ball. Cover the remaining ones while shaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dust the surface with some flour. Roll each portion into an even 5-6 inches round pitas. It should be slightly thicker than chapati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with a clean cloth and rest for 10 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat a pan in high heat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place a pita and cook for 10 seconds. Once bubble starts appearing, flip and cook for 10 seconds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with a lid and cook for 40-50 seconds. The pita will puff up. Remove the lid. Flip and cook for 10 seconds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from pan. Repeat the same with remaining rolled pitas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the pita is not puffing, gently press with a spatula.
