Mix and keep aside for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large bowl, take 2 cups of whole wheat flour. Add 2 tbsps of olive oil and salt to taste. Pour in the yeast mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix well using a spatula. Knead until a smooth dough is formed. Keep it back in the bowl. Apply some oil on the dough. Cover with a cling wrap and allow to proof for 2 hours or until doubled in size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take 150gms of boneless chicken in a bowl. Marinate the chicken with 3\/4 tsp paprika and salt to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces and fry until it starts browning. Remove from heat and keep aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the dough is doubled in volume, knead it again for a minute and divide it into 2 portions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take one portion and keep the other portion covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roll the dough in the size of the pan we are going to make the pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease the pan with little oil and place the dough in the pan. Gently press the dough with your fingers and create dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puncture the surface with the fork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread some oil on top of the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Cover and cook for 7 minutes in low to medium heat. Carefully flip and cook for 3 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flip it again and spread 2-3tbsps of <a href=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.wordpress.com\/2020\/07\/20\/pizzasauce\/\">pizza sauce<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top the pizza with mozzarella cheese, fried chicken pieces, peppers, olives and jalapeno. Sprinkle some oregano and salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover and cook for 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carefully lift the pizza and place a small steel plate in the pan. Place the pizza on top of that. Cover and cook for 8-10 mins in medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from the heat. Repeat the same with the remaining dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice and enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\"
