Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add 4 garlic cloves, 1\/2 onion sliced and 2 bay leaves. Saute for 2 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Add 8 cashews, chopped and 2 1\/2 cups green peas(fresh\/frozen). Saute for 5 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pour in 2 1\/2 cups water and salt to taste. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Remove from heat and allow to cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Remove the bay leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Blend the peas along with the water and mint leaves until smooth and creamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Transfer to a pan. Add 1\/3 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Bring to boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.
