Give it a few pulses using a food processor to combine everything well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/01\/img_20210107_000354.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-831\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease a plate with some oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dip your hand in water and take a big lemon sized ball from the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work with your hand to form the sheekh shape and insert the skewer from bottom to top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2021\/01\/img_20210107_000134.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-830\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat 2-3 tbsps of oil in a pan and place the seekh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce the heat to medium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn it every 2-3 minutes and repeat until all the sides are cooked well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve hot with some green chutney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\"
