Cooking time may vary according to beef. Keep it aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pot, add enough water to boil tapioca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the water starts boiling, add the diced tapioca pieces. Once it is half cooked, add 1\/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/10\/img_20201016_233006.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-709\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/10\/img_20201016_233020.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-710\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook till the tapioca pieces are soft. Transfer to a colander and keep it aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/10\/img_20201016_233041.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-711\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/10\/img_20201016_233054.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-712\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat 3 tbsp of coconut oil in a pot. Add 2 onions, sliced,  8 garlic cloves, sliced and curry leaves if available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saute until the garlic turns golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce the heat. Add 2 1\/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1 1\/2 tsp coriander powder and 1\/2 tsp garam masala. Saute for a minute or till the raw smell is gone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/10\/img_20201016_233116.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-713\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cooked tapioca and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the beef and 1\/3 cup of water. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/10\/img_20201016_233158.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-714\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and mash well using a perforated spoon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add salt if required.
