Stir continuously for 5 minutes. (The amount of sugar may vary according to the sweetness of the mango).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/09\/img_20200907_000056.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-625\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, take 1\/2 cup of rice flour. Add 1\/2 cup + 2 tbsp of water. Mix well. Make sure that there are no lumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/09\/img_20200907_000106.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-623\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduce the heat. Add this to the mango puree little by little stirring continuously. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/09\/img_20200907_000128.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-627\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Add 2 tbsp of ghee. Stir continuously for 20-25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/09\/img_20200907_000208.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-624\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, add 1\/2 tsp cardomom powder and 2 tbsp chopped cashews.
