Boil the potatoes in salted water until almost cooked. Alternatively you can use pressure cooker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. When the seeds starts spluttering, reduce the heat to medium. Add 1\/3 teaspoons of turmeric powder and 1 1\/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder.  Stir it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add the cooled down potatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Keep on stirring until the potatoes are well coated with the spices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Cook for 5 more minutes. Season with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
