Add 1\/2 cup of vegetable\/sunflower oil, 3 beaten eggs, 1 tsp and 1\/4 tsp of salt. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sift 11\/2 cups of wholewheat flour, 2 tsps baking powder and 1\/4 tsp baking soda into the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine everything well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add 2 cups of grated carrot (approx. 4-5 nos). Squeeze out the excess water from the carrot using your hands before adding the cake batter. Gently fold in the carrot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodtocherish.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/07\/img_20200708_181709.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-321\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Place it in the preheated oven. Bake at 170\u00b0C for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Let the cake cool down.
